My mission is to create spaces where we can openly name what’s real for us — whether it’s anxiety, doubt, or even confidence — to connect with what’s alive in the present moment.
My gatherings invite deep, reflective discussions, dancing and other forms of movement, storytelling, or a vibrant mix of all the above.
About Me:
Christina Redondo
I grew up in a dysfunctional family. I've been in abusive relationships.

My major coping mechanisms included:
-people pleasing
-dissociative disorders
-fear of conflict and rejection
-addiction

It took me 5 years of therapy before I realized I deserved better, and since then I've been on a chaotic and beautiful journey of self-discovery.

Unraveling years of neural programming is challenging, but I’m here to show you that it's possible to reconnect with your true self, to embrace failure, and to trust your journey.

Besides traditional talk therapy, I've found strength in:
-studying communication and conflict resolution
-"exposure therapy" via dance, storytelling and socializing
-learning and practicing the process of behavior change
-developing spiritual practices and connecting to a higher power
-unraveling our culture of colonialism, white supremacy and capitalism

This is why I bring people together. I know I'm not alone.

Gathering to bravely share what's relevant and what's painful is how we ignite healing and inspire real change in our communities.
